From the first swirl to the last spoonful, we’ve kept one thing
frozen in time: our passion.

For more than sixty five years, Everest has been crafting
frozen favourites that make people smile. What began with
gelato and traditional Italian desserts has grown into
soft-serve,gelato, sorbet, açai, and our iconic Dixie
Cups — all made with the same love of craft and flavour.
We believe frozen treats should feel joyful. A little moment of delight
in every scoop, swirl or cup.

From bustling cafés to neighbourhood gelaterias, QSR’s and
dessert shops, we’re proud to help Australians serve something
special. That spirit from 1960 still guides us today: real ingredients,
