Honey(comb) – I drank the whole glass

Sweet as honey
Serves 1

Ingredients

  • 3 Scoops Vanilla Ice cream
  • 240ml Full Cream Milk
  • 1 Small Waffle
  • 1 Scoop Choc Honeycomb Ice cream
  • Chocolate Fudge
  • Caramel Sauce (For glass decoration)
  • Honeycomb 40g
  • Choc Chips 10g
  • Persian fairy floss (For decoration)

Method

  • Combine the vanilla ice cream, milk and a generous squeeze of caramel sauce in a blender and blitz until smooth
  • Grab a glass and squeeze a generous helping of caramel into the inside of the glass. On the outside of the glass, squeeze chocolate sauce around the rim
  • Pour your blitzed shake into the glass
  • Top glass with a waffle, a scoop of choc honeycomb ice cream, one final drizzle of chocolate fudge and a scattering of choc chips.
