Laming-ton’s of yum Ice Cream Burger

Life's better with burgers
Serves – 1 person

Ingredients

  • 1 x Large plain donut
  • 1 x Scoop chocolate ice cream
  • 1 x Scoop raspberry sorbet
  • 20ml strawberry topping
  • 20ml chocolate fudge
  • 20g Chocolate honeycomb (crushed)
  • 2g Gold sprinkles
  • 5g Coconut flakes

Method

  • Cut donut evenly in half
  • Add strawberry sauce to the bottom donut then top with a scoop of chocolate ice cream
  • Drizzle chocolate sauce on your scoop and scatter coconut flakes, choc honeycomb and sprinkles onto the scoop and around the plate
  • Place the other half of your donut on top and finish with a well rounded scoop of raspberry sorbet – Knife optional.

EXTREME INSPIRATION

Do you want fries with that? – Simply spread vanilla ice cream onto a tray, freeze and cut into chip-sized shapes. Top with strawberry topping for your tomato sauce.

Make mine a unicorn? – Tap in scoops of rainbow ice cream, dial up the sprinkles and top with edible glitter and fairy floss.
