Serves 3 or 1 really hungry unicorn
Ingredients
- Waffle cones (broken into small pieces)
- 2 scoops rainbow ice cream
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 20g Smarties
- 30g Maltesers
- 4 x Oreos (crushed slightly)
- Rainbow sprinkles
- 1 x Flake
- 5g coconut flakes
- 15ml chocolate fudge sauce
- 15ml caramel sauce
- 15ml strawberry sauce
Method
Prepare all your ingredients and start layering!
Add your crushed cones, scoop your ice cream onto the plate, scatter your chocolate and confectionary inclusions all around and finish with drizzles of the choc, caramel and strawberry sauce.
EXTREME INSPIRATION
I’ll have mine to go please. Ice Cream Nacho’s don’t just have to be a dine in option. Serve in a cardboard takeaway box with a sheet of waxed paper, for a takeaway Mexican dessert experience.
